Erik Wilbrink joined as CEO of Dieco Electronics on December 1st, 2024. In this role he will lead the operations at Bruco and Dizain-Sync and drive the strategy for the coming years. He previously served as CCO at Micronit, a global contract developer and manufacturer of microfluidic products. With over 30 years experience in the high-tech industry, Erik has led significant growth and innovation across multiple industries and applications. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Twente.

Frank Bauling
Frank Bauling (1977) is PMO and Development Manager of Bruco Integrated Circuits since March 1st, 2019. Frank started his career at Philips Semiconductors as digital design engineer, developing video decoding IP for IC’s in the televisions market. During his career he switched from designer towards resource management and later-on project management. He did work in these roles for NXP, ST-Ericsson and Recore Systems. Before joining Bruco Frank was R&D Manager within NXP, Product Line Voice & Audio Solutions
Innovation Manager and Project Manager
Gerard Voshaar
Gerard Voshaar (1969) is Innovation Manager and Project Manager of Bruco Integrated Circuits since March 1st, 2019. Gerard started his career at Akzo Nobel in integrated optics after his master in Electrical Engineering at the University of Twente. Gerard started in 2001 at Bruco IC as ASIC design engineer and switched after a few years to Project Manager. He has 20 years of experience in this role.

Lizan van Rodijnen
Lizan van Rodijnen (1990) is Finance and Human Resource Manager of Bruco Integrated Circuits. Lizan started her career at Bruco IC as Financial Assistant in 2013. Lizan was promoted on March 1st, 2019 to Finance Manager and was appointed to HR Manager on November, 2020.
