We have the deep, hands-on expertise to design and build high-efficiency Doherty PAs across multiple frequency bands (700MHz to 3GHz) and at high power levels (up to 1kW).

  • Advanced In-House RF Lab: We measure, tune, and characterize the complete Doherty amplifier in our own state-of-the-art lab. This allows for rapid optimization and guarantees the hardware you get performs exactly as simulated.
